I am concerned about the amount of diseased camels in Pushkar
For many years I have seen healthy camels arriving in Pushkar, only to become infected with the ‘Itch’
As far as I am aware almost all of the camels in Pushkar suffer with this condition and I think that it is time that this problem is addressed fully!
The Camel Fair is a big festival for Pushkar and every year, new camels arrive and soon become sick!
I would like to know exactly what is being done to remedy this situation, to protect these vulnerable camels and the people who’s livelihood depends largely upon them?
