To mark the occasion of the 72nd birth anniversary of legendary Jagjit Singh his close friend Shri Anup Jalota will join Grammy Award winner, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt to pay tribute to Padma Bhushan and Rajasthan Ratna, Jagjit Singh by their soulful performances. Jagjit Singh, India’s cultural icon was died on 10 October 2011 at Lilavati Hospital, in Mumbai. He still has his exemplary repertoire and his huge loyal fan all around the globe.
Padma Shri Anup Jalota , Rajasthan Ratna awardee Mohan Veena maestro, Padma Shri Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt will perform some of Jagjit Ji`s most memorable compositions along with those of their own. The concert will be graced by the presence of Jagjit Ji`s own family members and some of the leading luminaries from the state of Rajasthan.
