Baker (I.C.S.) has been appointed as the first Judicial Commissioner of Ajmer in the year 1926. One of the Judicial Commissioner of Ajmer was Shri Atma Charan between 19050-1951, who was on the position of Sessions Judge and has given Life sentence to Nathu Ram Godse (the murderer of Mahatma Gandhi ).
There is separate Judge for MACT Ajmer, Family Court Ajmer, Consumer Protection Forum, Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court Ajmer. Instead of Special Judge for ACD Cases Ajmer, there is one Special Judge SC/ST Cases and three A.D.J. , one C.J.M., five A.C.J.M. Courts.
