Jas Vilas a luxury hotel in Jaipur is an excellent family-friendly base from which to explore the colourful and often chaotic Pink City.Located away from the hullabaloo of the old town, it makes for a wonderful retreat at the end of busy days sightseeing.This 1950s family mansion is today a convivial family-friendly hotel run by the equally welcoming Mahendra and Lily Singh. Set around a romantic courtyard, the pretty three-storey hotel features delicate wall murals and oodles of pink bougainvillea tumbling over the balconies.

Rooms and Accommodation

Hotel Jal Vilas has 12 bedrooms positioned over three stories, 11 Standard and one Heritage. The rooms all follow the same blueprint, light-filled, spacious and with colorful camel or elephant printed bedspreads. The bathrooms are large and most feature double sinks and bathtubs (although the plugs are kept at reception!). The standard rooms have either double or twin beds. At the back of the house, the Heritage Room is the quietest room in the property as well as being the largest. It features an indoor mini marble fountain and a footbath for reviving weary feet.
