Gond ke laddu is a popular sweet dish found in Rajasthan. This sweet is quiet heavy due to the use of edible gum resin or gond with huge amount of ghee. It is served traditionally in several festivals. For preparing this desserts you should have two heavy bottom pans, one for dry roasting, and the other of Ghee frying.

Unsalted pistachios(chopped finely) | 1 tbs |
Almonds( chopped or sliced) | 2 tbs |
Caschew nuts(chopped) | 2 tbs |
