Kesar murgh is a very spicy and delicious Rajasthani dish. This mouth watering non- vegetarian dish is prepared of boneless chickens along with kesar to give it a saffron colour and delicious taste. Non- vegetarian lovers must taste this kesar flavoured dish of Rajasthan.

| Ginger paste | 1 tsp |
| Garlic paste | 1 1/2 tsp |
| Kesar (Saffron)dissolved in a little milk | 1/2 tsp |
| Dhania powder | 1 tsp |
| Cashewnut paste | 4 tsp |
| Curd | 1 cup |
| Bay leaves | 2 |
| Cloves and green Cardamoms | 1/2 tbsp |
| Oil | 1/2 cup |
| Cream | 3/4 cups |
| White Pepper | 1 t sp |
| Chilli powder and Salt | According to taste |
