Pakodi ki Kadhi is one of the popular dishes of Rajasthan. Pakodis, made of mung dal gives a delicious taste to the dish along with curry leaves. It is often cooked in the household of the Rajasthani people. Pakodi ka kadhi can be eaten with shahi gatte or missi roti but the combination of Pakodi ka Kadhi and rice is simply mouth watering.

Curd | 200 gms |
Red chilly powder | 1 tsp |
Red chilly (sabut and dry) | 2 |
Dhaniya | 1 tsp |
Curry Leaves | 3-4 |
Haldi | 1 pinch |
Baking powder | 1 pinch |
Oil for frying pakories | 2 cup |
Mustard seeds (motti) | 1/2 tsp |
Oil for tadka | 2 tbsp |
Pakodi ka kadhi is ready. Serve hot it with shahi gatte or missi roti or rice.
