Loading...The Department of Treasuries & Accounts (DTA) is the financial and technical controller of all the treasuries within the state of Rajasthan. The department functions under the direct administrative control of the Finance Department of the state government of Rajasthan. DTA is responsible for functioning of all treasuries including pension, sub-treasuries and for providing monthly revenue and expenditure details to the Finance Department and the compiled accounts of the state government to the Accountant General (AG) office.
The Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts (DTA), setup in the year 1960, is the financial and technical controller of all the district treasuries of Rajasthan state. It is the responsibility of DTA to provide department wise monthly revenue and expenditure details received from the treasuries to Finance Department of Government of Rajasthan. The Director, Treasuries and Accounts is responsible for giving guidance to the Treasury officers on technical matters and ensuring implicit obedience by the Treasury Officers to the Treasury Rules particularly with regard to receipt, custody and withdrawal of funds from treasury, compilation of accounts and their rendition to the Accountant General.

Headquarter of DTA office is in Jaipur. Presently total 38 treasuries are functioning in Rajasthan and one at New Delhi, out of which 32 are district treasuries, located at district headquarters, and 6 are special treasuries. Under these treasuries total 221 sub-treasuries are in function. Independent treasuries are functioning at Tehsil level. Independent sub treasuries can pass bills of the offices under their jurisdiction. Bills of the offices under the jurisdiction of Tehsil level sub treasuries are passed by the respective treasury or independent sub treasury.Out of 10 pension sub treasuries, 9 are at district headquartes and one is functioning as OldAge Pension sub treasury in Jaipur. Pension Sub treasuries are for distribution of pension only.

विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरा रिटायरमेंट दिनांक 31 मई 2023 को उपनिदेशक के पद से जिला चिकित्सालय धौलपुर राजस्थान से हुआ है। आज दिनांक तक मुझे नियमानुसार पेंडिंग 300 PL का भुगतान एवं ग्रेच्युटी का भुगतान नहीं हुआ है। कृपया इस बाबत अग्रिम कार्रवाई कर मुझे नियमानुसार भुगतान दिलाने की कृपा करें ।मेरा पीपीओ नंबर है 1196374 मेरा पीपीओ नंबर लगभग चार माह पूर्व जारी हो चुका है ।

My mother is getting family pension after my father’s death in Jaipur. Fixation of 7th pay commission was not done. The bank sent file to TO on June 21st but fixation has not yet been calculated an my mother is already 77 year old age so she can’t come again and again. I work in Delhi and it is not possible for me to come to Jaipur again and again. I request you to please do the needful.

अगर कोई संस्था अपने कर्मचारियों की तनख्वाह 16000 से ज्यादा (पीएफ़ नहीं काटने का सीमा )दिखाकर ( वास्तविक तंख्वाह तो कम ही होती है )उनका पीएफ़ नहीं काटती है और पीडी अकाउंट के जरिये संस्था पीएफ़ जमा किया जाता हो और पीडी अकाउंट के द्वारा निकाल कर कर्मचारियो को न देकर संस्था का मालिक पूरा पैसा खुद ही डकार जाता है तो उसके खिलाफ शिकायत कहा पर की जा सकती है और उस शिकायत पर कार्यवाही होगी या नहीं या उल्टा शिकायत करने वाले को रिमांड पर तो नहीं लिया जाएगा

मैने दि 10 दिसंबर 2020 को प्रार्थना पत्र भेज कर मेरे विरुद्ध बकाया फौजदारी प्रकरण जो कोटा ए सीबी द्वारा एफ आई आर स 168/2001 से दर्ज कराया था,को माननीय भ्रष्टाचार निवारण न्यायालय कोटा द्वारा दि 1 दिसंबर 2020 के निर्णय से समाप्त किए जाने पर मेरे 27 वर्षीय बकाया ए सी पी प्रकरण,जो दि 23 जून 2009 से देय है,मेरी 1 अप्रैल 2017 से लेखाधिकारी के पद पर पदोन्नति,आदि दिए जाने हेतु आवेदन स्पीड पोस्ट से निदेशालय कोष एवम् लेखा जयपुर को भेजा है,को 15 दिसंबर 2020 को डिलीवर हो गया।
मेरी सेवा निवृत्ति 31 दिसंबर 2017 को हो चुकी है तभी से मुझे प्रोविजनल पेंशन के अतिरिक्त और कोई पेंशन परिलाभ नहीं मिले है।
अतः मेरे बकाया पेंशन परिलाभ अतिशीघ्र स्वीकृत करने की कृपा करे।

मेरे PPO no.453525(R)का सातवें वेतन आयोग की पेंशन reviseअभी तक नही हुई है।जुलाई 2018 मे फार्म भर कर ग्रामीण ट्रेजरी जोधपुर मे करवाया था नवंबर 2018 मे आक्षेप पूर्ति भी कर दी थी।क्या आप मेरी सहायता करेगे कि मुझे क्या करना चाहिए,या किससे पत्र व्यवहार करना चाहिए?

Sir, My NO Dues Certificate against my vehicle Advance is pending from Treasury Ajmer.I continuously pursuing the matter since Jan 2016. I have also submitted GA 55 for missing installments. In March 2017 a letter also written to them to Seattle the matter at their end in reference to the circulars from FD and DOT.
Matter is still pending.
