Rajasthan Housing Board of Rajasthan comes into existence in 24 February 1970 and established under Rajasthan Housing Society Act no. 4 1970. Rajasthan housing board is formed to fulfill the growing housing demands of the Rajasthan state. RHB is main responsible body to construct and maintain housing solutions in Rajasthan. Rajasthan Housing Board also got Vishwakarma Award in 2011 from CIDC for exemplary services and initiatives.

Constitution of the Board

The Board comprises of:

  • Chairman, appointed by the state government,
  • 6 (Six) non-official members, appoi
    nted by the government, of whom
    one shall belong to SC or ST,
  • Ex-officio members:
    • Principal Secretary to Govt. (UD&HD), Rajasthan
    • Principal Secretary to Govt. (Finance), Rajasthan
    • Chief Town Planner, Rajasthan and
    • Housing Commissioner (Chief Executive), RHB.

Administration, Personnel & Establishment(HR), Technical, Finance & Accounts, Estate management and Legal. Its staff strength is 1752 employees comprising of 370 managerial officers, 830 employees and others, besides 552 work charged employees (regularised). Of these, there are 123 SC & 50 ST employees.

Rajasthan Housing Board Overview

Starting its activities in just 7 cities, housing activities of the Board has spread to 63 cities across Rajasthan including 30 district headquarters, 28 tehsil headquarters and 5 other towns during 42 years of span. Till on 31 Dec 2012, RHB has constructed 2,25,664 dwelling units ( 1,35 298 units are EWS and LIG).

Rajasthan Housing Board Lottery

Priority & house allotment lotteries are now being conducted through web based system developed by RajCOMP Info Services Ltd. (RISL). The software is hosted on State Data Centre (SDC) in Yojana Bhawan in RISL premises. The details of the lottery (in pdf format) are uploaded on RHB’s web-site ‘www.rhbonline.rajasthan.gov.in’. The successful applicants are also informed by post.

Sir, In our Flat no .204 in Namrda Apartment in Pratap Nagar, Sector-8, Sanganer Jaipur is , there is profound water leakage in bath rooms, kitchen and dining hall. We have made several Complaints to the REsident Engineer -V and Dy Housing commissioner Pratap Nagar Sanganer Jaipur but all to no avail.. the leakge is damaging the flat which is under free mtce period .
Kindly take immediate actions.

SIR, MY FATHER WAS BOARD EMPLOYED AND AT TIME OF DUTY HE WAS FILL THE FORM IN KARAMCHARI AWASIYA YOJNA 2002 AND HE WAS CHOOSE THE OPTION AT JODHPUR FOR MIG-B CATEGORY BUT STILL THE ALLOTMENT LETTER IS NOT ISSUE BY RHB FROM SINCE 16YRS. WE HAVE ALREADY DEPOSIT AMOUNT 25000 AT THE SUBMISSION OF FORM.

SO, PLEASE KINDLY UPDATE THE DATE OF ALLOTMENT AND WHO WILL PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REGARDING ALLOTMENT.

Housing Board kotputli me suvidhaye or aavshyktaye zero h or colony vasi bahut preshan h.
879 mkan h jinme 460 family rhti h or 2000 ke krib population h..Problems ke karn jnta preshan behal h..Housing Board kuch sunai nhi krta..Na street light h na hi road h nahi phc h nahi samudayi bhvn h na hi police choki h na hi garud h
